SUPU PC360X Manual Spiral Punching & Electric Inserting Machine

Manual coil punching and electric inserting machine. Designed for low to medium volumes of plastic coil books production.

Sturdy metal construction - die-cast base and side plates rather than low-cost, flexible sheet metal like some other machines in its class. 

Foot Pedal operated Electric Inserting - significantly increases productivity and ease of use.

Punch Length - 14¨ with open throat. 

Side Margin Control - for perfect alignment

56 Disengagement Punching Pins - will avoid incomplete punching or ¨half moons¨ at ends.  Allow for odd size books.  Oval shaped for easier inserting.

Patended Grooved Coil Inserter -   Better grip than standard smooth rollers.  Front-mounted roller position will give the operator greater control and less fatigue. A foot-pedal activates the roller and is compatible with plastic & metal coils.

Coil Crimper - Included!

Punching - 20 Sheets at a time.  Hole patterns are standard 4:1 pitch. Uses an encased lubrication system that drastically reduces friction.
